We are government tenderer and now we have a tender request for supply of leather shoes for the police department.

We would like to know if you would be able to make 1 pair in each item for sample purpose as the sample must be exactly as per tender document without fail of any line of specification? Otherwise if a single item is missing in the sample it will be automatically be rejected at the evaluation level.
