For a European Sport Exhibition Event to take place early next year, I have a new request from my long term client:
EXPO CARPET: 260g/sqm PE material Plain surface Fire restardant carpet
-QTY: 2000 sqm and 10000 SQM: both quotes requested
in rolls of 40 or 50 meters, with width of 4 or 5 meters.
-100% PP or PE: both quotes if possible
-about 260g/m2
-Total thickness: 2.5mm,needle textile coating, back coated.
-colors: electric blue,
-latex underneath
-quality checked M3 norm against fire, of M1 for PE: please send certificates.
This is for event in early 2013 in France. So this is now quite urgent since it will be shipped by sea.
Could you then please advise your best FOB PRICE for such product?
Do you have corresponding technical sheets? With cbm?
Could you please also advise CIF price to France?
Yet, please note the are some strict requirements from client as we need as many certificates as possible to ensure and prevent any possible accident during event/exhibition:
-Could you please confirm and send the certificates you have on hand: CE, ISO, M3?
-
-References: could you please advise some French or CE clients you have worked with? What about volume? -Also, I need to convince that PE carpet is used as much as PP carpet now, could yo please provide me with some reasons and arguments, so that there is no chance for them to change their mind for PP?
-Could you please send some carpet samples with color catalog to my colleague? This would help a lot to get final client even more reassured :
